This North Idaho land for sale is 12 acres of mountain and river view property for sale overlooking the Pend Orielle River, Schweitzer Mountain, and the small town of Laclede in one of the nicest areas of North Idaho.  This is one of the prettiest pieces of real estate for sale by owner in Idaho!  It is in an area with a lot of high end houses both on the river and overlooking it.  My place is not on waterfront property but it does have river views and easy access to places where you can swim and launch a boat.

The view from the land is a filtered panorama of mountains and river.  This shot is taken from just below the house along the access road.  The river view from the living room is the same as this but filtered through the trees.  If you want this panoramic view, you just cut a few more trees, which I have not done because I prefer being nestled in the forest and watching the eagles, woodpeckers, and squirrels in the trees.

 

The real estate for sale is approximately 10 miles from Priest River and 16 miles from Sandpoint in North Idaho.  It sits along the Pend Orielle river.  The land is secluded, but with easy access to Dufort Road, a main county road. The land is close to several lakes good for fishing and lots of open forest for horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, hunting, and an abundance of outdoor recreation.
